How to fill in your request and complete payment?
🧾 1. Enter your details carefully
- No extra spaces after your name, surname or email address.
- Phone number in international format:
- No starting 0
- Add country code (no “+”)
- Examples:
- France →

💳 2. Secure online payment (3D Secure)
- Click "Pay online": you’ll be redirected to our secure payment platform.
- All payments use 3D Secure authentication.
- Open your banking app to validate the transaction.
Without this step, your payment will be rejected.
✅ Tip: complete the request on the same device that has your banking app.
The WiFi ensures a stable internet connection during payment, even if mobile 4G is unstable.
📬 3. Email confirmation
Once payment is successful, you’ll instantly receive:
- A payment receipt from VoxPay
- A WiFi login code email from
hotlinecamping@orange.fr
❗ Didn’t receive your code?
- No receipt = payment failed → You won’t be charged
- You can try again directly from the payment page
- Got the receipt but no login info?
- Check your spam folder
- Wait a few minutes
- Then contact us via the chat (bottom left of the page)
⏱️ Support replies within:
- 2 hours (9am–7pm) daily
- Or next working day if outside business hours
