How to find a device MAC address? For gaming consoles / Smart Tvs / Chromecast

🎮 How to find the MAC address of your console or connected device?

To access the Wi-Fi network during your stay, you may need to send us the MAC address of your device (console, TV, Chromecast, etc.).

No worries — it's quick, and we’ll guide you through it ✨

📍 What’s a MAC address?

It’s a unique identifier for your device (like a digital license plate).

It allows our system to recognize your console or smart TV and give it network access.

🎮 Nintendo Switch

  1. From the HOME menu, select System Settings
  2. Scroll down to the Internet section
  3. The console’s MAC address will be displayed under Console MAC Address

🧩 Tip: On OLED or Lite versions, the menu may look slightly different, but the MAC address is still in the Internet section.

🕹️ PlayStation (PS4 / PS5)

  1. From the main screen, press the up arrow
  2. Select Settings > Network
  3. Scroll down and select View Connection Status

📍 You’ll see:

  • MAC Address (Wi-Fi) if using a wireless connection
  • MAC Address (LAN) if using a cable

💡 Please send us the Wi-Fi MAC address if you're connecting wirelessly.

🎮 Xbox (One / Series X|S)

  1. Press the Xbox button on your controller
  2. Go to Profile & system > Settings
  3. Select General > Network settings
  4. Choose Advanced settings
  5. The MAC address appears under Wireless MAC Address

🔍 Make sure you copy the Wireless MAC, not the Ethernet one.

📺 Smart TVs, Chromecast or Android TV Boxes

Steps may vary by brand (Samsung, LG, Sony, Xiaomi…), but usually:

  1. Go to Settings or Network Settings
  2. Open Wi-Fi, Internet or About device
  3. Look for a line like MAC address, Wireless MAC, or Physical address

💡 For Chromecast, the MAC address also appears on the setup screen in the Google Home app.
