How to forget the network on my device?
On an Android smartphone or tablet
Open the Settings app and tap Network & Internet or Connections. These options may vary depending on which device.
Click the name of the network you are connected to, then click the icon (gear icon) to the right of the network name
The “Network Information” page is displayed.
At the bottom of the page, tap the Forget icon (trash can)
Return to the previous screen and turn off Wi-Fi
Turn Wi-Fi back on, then connect to the network
On an iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, then select Wi-Fi
Then tap the blue “i” next to the Wi-Fi network you are connected to
Tap Forget this network, then confirm
Turn off Wi-Fi
Turn Wi-Fi back on, then connect to the network
On a Windows PC
Click on the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom right of the screen
Right-click the network name, then click Forget
Turn off Wi-Fi
Turn Wi-Fi back on, then connect to the network
On a Mac
Click the Wi-Fi icon in the top bar, then click Wi-Fi Settings
Click on the Advanced button, located at the bottom right
Select the network name to forget, click the (···) button, then select Remove from list
Confirm by clicking Delete
Click OK to confirm your choice
Turn off Wi-Fi
Turn Wi-Fi back on, then connect to the network

Return to the previous screen and turn off Wi-Fi
Turn Wi-Fi back on, then connect to the network
On an iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, then select Wi-Fi
Then tap the blue “i” next to the Wi-Fi network you are connected to
Tap Forget this network, then confirm
Turn off Wi-Fi
Turn Wi-Fi back on, then connect to the network
On a Windows PC
Click on the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom right of the screen
Right-click the network name, then click Forget
Turn off Wi-Fi
Turn Wi-Fi back on, then connect to the network
On a Mac
Click the Wi-Fi icon in the top bar, then click Wi-Fi Settings
Click on the Advanced button, located at the bottom right
Select the network name to forget, click the (···) button, then select Remove from list
Confirm by clicking Delete
Click OK to confirm your choice
Turn off Wi-Fi
Turn Wi-Fi back on, then connect to the network
