I can't receive the campsite's WiFi signal, what should I do?
Before contacting us, please carry out the following checks:
- Restart your device
- Turn off mobile data
- Activate Wifi and let the available networks display.
If no available networks are displayed:
- Is the signal completely absent when you are outside or does it disappear when you enter your accommodation?
In this case, try to connect externally. You are closer to WiFi hotspots and will receive a better connection.
- Is the signal also completely absent near other locations?
It is possible that an incident has occurred on the network, such as a power outage or equipment failure.
