I didn’t receive my WiFi code – What happened?

No worries! If you didn’t receive your WiFi code by email, it usually means your payment wasn’t completed.

Here are the most common reasons 👇


❌ Why the payment may have failed:

  • 💳 You didn’t validate the payment in your banking app
  • ⏱️ Time ran out before you confirmed the payment → it was cancelled
  • 🔒 Your bank card isn’t compatible with 3D Secure authentication
  • 🚫 Your bank declined the transaction


✅ How to know if your payment was successful:

Every valid payment automatically sends a confirmation email and your WiFi code to the email address you entered.

👉 If you didn’t receive anything, and no money was taken from your account:

➡️ The payment failed

➡️ You weren’t charged


🔁 What to do now:

  • Refresh the page and try again
  • Or go back to the WiFi login page and start a new request

💡 Be sure to validate the transaction in your bank app if prompted.
