I purchased a code online, but did not receive it
If you did not receive a code, the payment was not validated for one of the following reasons:
- payment not validated IN your banking application; go directly to your application
- authentication failure (too long delay);
- bank or credit card not compatible with the 3DS Secure standard;
- transaction refused by the bank.
Any successful payment triggers the automatic sending of a payment receipt by email to the address you indicated in your code request.
If you haven't received anything, the payment failed and you have not been charged.
You can then make another attempt on the same payment page, or make a new request via the Wifi connection page.
If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact our team via the virtual assistant located at the bottom right of this screen, indicating your email address and the name of the campsite.
If support is unavailable, you will be contacted by email.
