I want to pay online, but I have no Internet connection, what should I do?

When you make a payment request online, the system connects your device to the Internet to complete the payment and validate the transaction in your banking application.
It is recommended to deactivate mobile data before requesting a code with the device on which the banking application is installed, in order to benefit from a WiFi connection during the validation process between your device and bank servers. If your device stays or switches to 4G, and the connection is slow or saturated, this may cause the validation process to fail.

Please note that by default, your device allows all networks for certain applications. You can change this setting in Settings > Data usage > Allowed networks for apps. Select your banking app, then "Wi-Fi only."
