This message appears when you try to connect more devices than your WiFi code allows.

👉 Example: a code valid for 2 devices cannot accept a 3rd one.

Why this limit?

It helps manage bandwidth so that all guests enjoy a stable connection.

What to do?

  1. Disconnect one of the devices already using WiFi (parents: don’t forget to check your teenagers’ phones 👀).
  2. Turn on WiFi on the device you want to remove.
  3. Click here ➡️ [Disconnect]()
  4. Then connect your new device 🎉

Comfort tip 💡

If you have more devices than your code allows (e.g. 4 or 5 in the family), it’s best to get a second code for a smoother experience.
