My device says "Unavailable ID"
This message means that the maximum number of simultaneous connections available for this ID has been reached.
To release a connection on a device:
Access the logout window by clicking here.
Then press the “Disconnect” button
When you get a ID unavailable message this could mean:
- that the ID is being already used by another device. In this case, disconnect the other device following the steps shown above.
- that your device is no longer tracked by the network, due to the activation of some privacy settings for Wifi, such as Random Wifi address (or Private address on iOs), Limit IP address tracking**, VPN. All of these settings are intended to prevent your device from being tracked by the WiFi network you are using. We recommend deactivating them for a more comfortable connection.

For security and compliance with French legislation reasons, access to the campsite's WiFi network is controlled, which is why an ID and PIN are required to access the Internet from your device .
This device remains associated with the code as long as the connection is active. The code/device association is also memorized by the network, to avoid having to enter identification codes when your device reconnects to the network, after leaving the site, or after a good night's sleep, for example.
If the device is inactive on the network (no sending or receiving data via WiFi) for more than 10 minutes, the Internet connection is deactivated. The code becomes available again:
- for automatic reconnection with the device it is associated with
- or to connect a different device, which in turn will be associated and remembered as long as the connection is active.
