Online payment: make sure you're on WiFi

  • ✅ You just need to be connected to the campsite WiFi
  • ✅ The portal remains accessible to buy, pay or get help

you’re already in the right place to connect.


💳 Stay on WiFi during payment

When you start an online payment, the system connects your device to the Internet through the campsite WiFi, just long enough to complete the transaction.

👉 If your phone stays on 4G (or switches back to it), it may interrupt the 3DSecure validation with your bank.


✅ Tips for a smooth payment

  1. Turn off mobile data during the process

→ This ensures the connection stays over WiFi.

  1. Use the device with your banking app installed
  2. (Android only) Adjust app network settings:
    • Go to: Settings > Data usage > App network access
    • Find your banking app, then select "Wi-Fi only"
