Online payment: make sure you're on WiFi

- ✅ You just need to be connected to the campsite WiFi
- ✅ The portal remains accessible to buy, pay or get help
🧘♂️ So don't worry if your 4G isn't working:
you’re already in the right place to connect.
💳 Stay on WiFi during payment
When you start an online payment, the system connects your device to the Internet through the campsite WiFi, just long enough to complete the transaction.
👉 If your phone stays on 4G (or switches back to it), it may interrupt the 3DSecure validation with your bank.
✅ Tips for a smooth payment
- Turn off mobile data during the process
→ This ensures the connection stays over WiFi.
- Use the device with your banking app installed
- (Android only) Adjust app network settings:
- Go to:
Settings > Data usage > App network access
- Find your banking app, then select "Wi-Fi only"
