# 🖥️ WiFi login page not showing on your PC? Here’s what to do:


Sometimes the WiFi login (captive portal) doesn’t appear automatically. Follow these steps to solve the issue on a Windows PC:

### 🛡️ **1. Temporarily disable antivirus or VPN**
Some antivirus software or VPNs block redirection to the login page.
→ Disable them temporarily to allow access to the WiFi portal.

### ⚙️ **2. Disable random MAC address**
In Windows 11, random hardware addresses are often enabled by default. This can prevent the WiFi system from recognizing your device correctly.
To disable it:
* Go to **Start > Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi**
* Turn off **“Use random hardware address”**

### 🔁 **3. Forget the network and reconnect**
* Right-click on the network name
* Select **“Forget”**
* Turn WiFi **off**, then **on** again
* Reconnect to the campsite WiFi from the list of available networks
