🐢 WiFi signal is weak inside my mobile home. What can I do?
😕 You’ve got WiFi access, but the signal is weak or unstable inside your mobile home? Don’t worry – here’s why and how to fix it 💡
📡 Why is the signal weaker indoors?
In most campsites, WiFi is designed to cover outdoor areas (paths, terraces, pools…).
Antennas are placed outside the mobile homes, so:
- walls and insulation materials can block the signal
- some mobile homes may be farther from the nearest antenna
👉 It’s not a technical issue – it’s just how WiFi waves behave, just like at home when you’re far from your router.
✅ Our tips to improve the connection:
- Sit near a window or door – signals pass through more easily
- If possible, go outside on the terrace or porch
- Hold your tablet flat (horizontal) for better reception
- Restart your device after connecting to the network
- Enable “Auto-Join” in your WiFi settings
💡 Keep in mind: antennas are shared. During busy times (evening, rainy weather), performance may vary slightly.
